The International Council on Archives (ICA) invites eligible candidates to apply to attend the International Workshop on Archives, which will take place in Shanghai, China, from 2–7 November 2026.

Before starting the form make sure that:
- You have your ICA membership number. You can be either an individual member (Category D Individual member, Category D Digital Member, Category D Digital Member – student or not in paid employment) OR work for an institutional member of the ICA (Category A, B, C), and be included as a right holder of your institution's membership – contact the person responsible for your institution's ICA membership to confirm.
- You have a short resumé prepared (maximum of 2 pages) to upload, which states the places and dates you have studied and worked.
- You have a statement of support from your current employer (mandatory for right holders of an institutional member of ICA and suggested for individual members).
Deadline for applications: 24 July 2026. Applications filled in later or incomplete at this date (referee letter and/or resumé) will not be assessed.
